Plaintiff – Vehicle Number 1 travelling northbound and attempting a left hand turn to go west,
Defendant – Vehicle Number 2 was travelling South

Facts-
Vehicle number 1 , the Plaintiff, states he/she was turning left but had to slow a little in the middle of the turn because the driveway was steep. The Plaintiff states vehicle 2 was speeding.
Vehicle number 2, the Defendant, states he/she was going the speed limit when vehicle number 1 pulled out in front of him/her and stopped in the middle of the road because of the steep driveway and therefore did not have time to avoid the collision.
Facts:
Plaintiff did slow down during the turn in front of the Defendant
Defendant was going 8 miles per hour over the speed limit.
